We want you to have a wonderful time in Turkey - so we will do our best to make changes as per your request. You would be liable for any penalty charged by our suppliers, but we don’t charge any fee for changes.

If you decide to cancel your reservation you can do so without any fee up to 1 week prior to the date. However, cancellations made less than 1 week before the day will incur a 50% penalty, and cancellations within 48 hours of the day will cause 100% penalty charge on your credit card.

For hot-air ballon reservations; if the flight is cancelled because of weather conditions, we do not charge any amount from our clients. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

We keep our group sizes down for flexibility, less impact on locals and greater enjoyment by participants. On most of our trips you’ll be part of an intimate group of 6-15 people, though our group sizes are on average 10 people. Our Overland trips are in purpose-built vehicles that can carry up to 16 travellers.

For balloon ride, most of our flights you’ll be part of a small group of 16-24 people in a basket.

The vast majority of our small group adventures are guaranteed to depart. That means that once you book your trip it’s confirmed to run, regardless of how many other travellers have booked.

There are pros and cons for a group tour or a private tour. Group tours have guaranteed departure dates, usually include all costs, are reasonably priced; but there will be other people than you and you will have to follow the same route as others, there is little flexibility. Private tours are completely flexible, can be customized according to your interests, can be arranged on the dates you want; however they are a bit more expensive than group tours and you can choose what is included or excluded. In the end, the choice between Group tour or Private tour depends on the travel habits and budgets of the visitors.

Yes. There are over 12 thousand licensed tour guides in every language you can think of in Turkey. Of course, some languages are considered "rare", so it can be difficult to find a suitable tour guide in that language within a given period of time. But generally speaking, it is possible to find a guide in your language. For example, I provide guidance in English, I also collaborate with colleagues who speak other languages, so I can arrange your private tour in your language as well.

Yes, of course. There are thousands of historical and cultural sights in Turkey that can satisfy any type of traveller; Archaeological sites, world heritage sights, cultural sites, tourist attractions, entertainment venues are the most popular to visit in Turkey.

A travel agent is a professional who specializes in travel planning for their clients, acting as an expert on accommodation, transportation, excursions, and destinations in general. Taxis are usually the best way to get you from point A to point B. Therefore, if what you want is to go to only one place, taxis can be preferred for this, but the best choice for seeing and listening to historical places will always be a travel agency. Also, don't pay attention to taxi drivers who say they can help you with this. The only and only legal way of a touristic trip in Turkey is through a travel agency.
